1 qt air-popped popcorn
1 butter-flavored cooking spray

ASIAN POPCORN

2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger

ITALIAN POPCORN

1 tsp dried italian seasoning
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste
1 tbsp finely grated parmesean cheese

NACHO CHEESE

1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp tabasco sauce or to taste

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 300F (150C). Place popcorn on a nonstick cookie sheet.
Spray lightly with cooking spray and toss with a combination of the
seasonings for the flavor you've chosen. Bake for 10 minutes, tossing once.
Serve warm.

1/2 bread/starch.
