1 lb Spinach, fresh
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Walnut oil
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame seeds

Preparation:

Wash spinach thoroughly and trim off tough stems. Spin or pat dry.
Mix remaining ingredients together and toss with spinch.
