Savory Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients:
10 oz frozen brussell sprouts, (1 package)
1 tbsp margarine, +
1 tsp margarine
1/8 tsp ground savory
1/4 tsp dried basil
1 package instant chicken broth
1/8 tsp pepper
1 dash nutmeg
Cook Brussell sprouts according to package directions. Drain. While sprouts
are cooking, melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add
remaining ingredients and pour over sprouts. Toss and serve
Per serving: 3g protien, 4g fat, 6g carb., 264mg sodium, 0mg chol., 62
calories.
