1.00 lb Sea scallops, sliced horizo
6.00 Mushrooms, sliced
0.50 Green bell pepper, diced
1.00 md Tomato, diced
0.25 c Dry white wine
2.00 Green onions, chopped
1.00 ts Dill weed, dried
Rinse scallops and wipe dry. Place mushrooms, bell
pepper, tomato, and wine in a large nonstick skillet
and cook 5 min until vegetables are tender. Add
onions, scallops and dill weed. Cook about 5 min,
until scallops are opaque.
