Ingredients:

1 11 oz. can white shoe peg corn, drained
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small to medium red onion, chopped
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled, chopped
1 tbsp jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped (2 to 3)
juice of 1 lime
garlic salt
seasoned salt
pepper

Preparation:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Add garlic salt,
seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
