6 tomatoes, havled
1 salt
1 pepper
1/4 cup butter (or marg.)
1/4 cup parsley, fresh, chopped
1/4 cup cheese, romano, grated

Preparation:

Sprinkle cut side of tomato halves with salt and pepper. Broil 5 minutes,
about 4 inches from heat. Place 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon parsley, and
1 teaspoon cheese on each; broil until cheese melts.
