1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp raisins
1/2 whole wheat pita bread pocket

Preparation:

Combine apple, cottage cheese and raisins. Fill pita pocket with
mixture. Makes 1 serving, 1 sandwich.

fat - 2 gm., carbohydrates - 43 gm., cholesterol - 5 mg., fiber - 5.6 gm.,
