1 tsp capers
1 tsp sweet pickles relish
1 tsp scallions, chopped
1 dash of hot sauce
2 tbsp low-fat mayo
1 fresh gournd white pepper
1/2 cup hard-boiled egg
2 tbsp celery
1 sunflower-seed bread, (harvest bakery)

Preparation:
