1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp lemon peel
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp dried tarragon leaves

Preparation:

Cook peas as directed on package; drain. Toss with remaining ingredients.
Serve with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Food Exchange per
