Peanut Butter Fudge

Serves 12

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/16 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp coconut butter
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Spoon into candy molds or a parchment-lined glass dish.
  2. Freeze until fudge becomes firm, then cut into 12 pieces.
  3. Store in the freezer.
