Ingredients:

1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 cup Bran
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Lowfat Milk
1/3 cup Peanuts, chopped

Preparation:

Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the
remaining ingredients and blend.

Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.

Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
