1/3 cup chilled sparkling mineral water
1 each fresh peach slice impaled on a wood, en skewer for garn
1 each fresh mint sprig for garnish

In a blender or food processor, puree fruit and mineral water until
smooth. Pour into a chilled stemmed glass. Farnish with peach slice and
mint.
