1.00 c Onions, chopped
1.00 c Cabbage, shredded

Bay leaf, basil, tarragon,
Pepper, to taste

Preparation:

In a large pot combine water, lentils and barley. Cook
for 1 hour. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and
cook another 30 min. 1 serving = 1 1/2 c 272 calories,
2 meat, 2 bread, 2 veg protein 10gm, fat 0gm, carbs
58gm
