Ingredients:

1.00 pk (16 oz) Lasagna noodles
2.00 ts Vegetable oil
0.25 c Water
Nonstick vegetable spray
0.33 c Freshly grated Parmesan che
2.00 ts Basil
2.00 ts Oregano
2.00 ts Parsley flakes
0.75 ts Garlic powder

Preparation:

Cook noodles according to package directions,
omitting salt. Drain well. Separate noodles carefully
on a flat surface.
Combine oil and water in a small bowl; stir well
and brush both sides of lasagna noodles with the
mixture. Cut each noodle crosswise into 2-inch pieces
and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet coated
with cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, parsley,
and garlic powder in a small bowl; stir well.
Sprinkle a rounded 1/8 teaspoon of the herb mixture
over each chip. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 16 minutes
or until crisp and golden. Cool and store in an
airtight container until ready to serve. Makes 24
servings, approximately 12 dozen chips.
