Ingredients:


LOW CHOLESTEROL

1 fryer chicken, (2 1/2 to 3 pounds), cut
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup chili sauce, or catsup
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp onion, chopped (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350* (moderate). Combine all ingedients except chicken in
saucepan, place over heat, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Place chicken in a
large baking pan. Pour half of the barbecue sauce over chicken and bake,
uncovered, for about 45-60 minutes. Baste with remaining barbecue sauce
every 15 minutes during cooking.
