2.00 c Sliced onions
1.00 4 oz. can mushroom pieces,
Drained
1.00 lb Ground turkey
0.25 ts Grd. garlic
0.25 ts Grd. ginger
1.00 tb Soy sauce
1.00 tb Minced onion flakes
1.00 pk Instant beef-flavored
Broth mix

Preparation:

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium
heat. Add onions and mushrooms and cook until onions
are tender, about 10 minutes. Combine turkey with
remaining ingredients, mixing well. Make into 4
patties. Place patties in pan with onion mixture and
cook, turning several times, until patties are done.
EACH SERVING PROVIDES: 286 calories, 3
protein/meat servings, 1 1/2 vegetable, 1 1/2 fat
exchanges and 3 additional calories.
NUTRITIONAL INFO: 22 gm. protein, 18 gm. fat, 7
gm cargohydrates, 704 mg. sodium and 76 mg.
cholesterol.
