Oriental Burgers Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb very lean ground beef
1 egg white
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tbsp minced onion flakes
1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, shape into 4 patties. Place on rack in broiler pan
or grill. cook 3 inches from heat about 5 minutes per side, or until done
to taste.
Per serving: 21g protein, 15g fat, 2g carb., 332mg sodium, 70mg chol., 230
calories.
Serves: 4
