0.75 c All-purpose flour
0.75 c Whole wheat flour
2.00 ts Baking powder
1.00 ts Baking soda
0.50 ts Ground cinnamon
2.00 ea Egg whites
2.00 tb Sugar
2.00 tb Vegetable oil
0.25 c Reduced-sugar orange marmal
1.00 c Orange juice
1.00 ts Vanilla extract
0.50 ts Orange extract

This bread is a real treat for orange lovers. It's
terrific as is - but toasted brings out the orange
flavor.
Preheat oven to 350~. Use a 4 x 8" loaf pan and
either lightly oil or spray with a nonstick cooking
spray.
Combine both flours in a large bowl along with
baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and mix well.
In another bowl - comgine remaining ingredients and
beat with a fork or wire whisk until blended. Then
add to dry mixture. Mix until all ingredients are
moist. Place in prepared pan.
Bake for 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in
center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes in pan and
then remove and finish cooling on a rack.
YIELD: 8 servings.
NUTRITIONAL INFO per serving: 157 calories, 4 g
protein, 4 g fat, 27 g carbohydrate, 224 mg sodium, 0
mg cholesterol. Exchanges: 1/4 fruit serving, 3/4 fat
serving, 1 bread serving and 29 additional calories.
