1 cup sugar-free orange soda
1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
4 ice cubes

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in blender until frothy.
Makes 6 servings.

gm. (2%), saturated fat - less than 1 gm., cholesterol - 3 mg., Beta
Carotene - 443 I.U., Vitamin C - 20 mg.
