Ingredients:

1 cup flour, +
2 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 package instant beef broth
1 tbsp onion flakes, minced
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1 egg
2 tsp honey
1/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt, +
2 tbsp plain lowfat yogurt

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, broth mix
and onion flakes. In larger bowl, combine remaining ingredients, beating
with a fork until blended. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Mix with a
spoon until all ingredients are moistenend. Knead dough a few times until
it holds together. Divide dough among 6 nonstick muffin cups. Bake 12
minutes, until golden. Remove to rack to cool or serve warm.

Per serving: 5g protein, 5g fat, 22g carb., 219mg sodium, 47mg chol., 154
calories.
