Noodle Supreme Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

3 cup water
2 oz wide noodles
1/4 cup frozen peas
3 tbsp low-fat cream of mushroom soup
2 oz tuna canned in water, drained
2 tbsp shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
fresh ground pepper and salt to tas
2 romaine lettuce leaves
2 tbsp chopped green onion

Preparation:

Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add noodles and peas and cook
uncovered for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine noodles, peas, soup, and drained
tuna. Mix lightly. Cool for 30 minutes. Add red cabbage and tomatoes.
Season with pepper and salt. Ser!
ve on lettuce leaf and garnish with chopped green onion.

2 servings/Serving size: 1 cup
