1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 dash tabasco
1 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp sugar or 2 packets of equal
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp dried onion
1/4 tsp liquid smoke

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling, then simmer 30 minutes.
Optional: add a squeeze or two of lime juice.
