2 Tbl. honey
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup bulger wheat
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup rye flour
1/4 cup oats
1 1/2 Tbl. gluten(optional)
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1/4 cup dry milk powder
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Preparation: makes nice tall loaf, watch the water content, may need to add
more.
To make this as a mix:
place dry ingredients including yeast in ziplock baggie. Place
in freezer. When you want to make bread, add wet ingredients
and bake in bread machine.
