Muesli Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 1 1/2 cup plain low-fat, sugar-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coarsely grated apple
  • 1/2 cup coarsely grated pear
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, stir together the oats, oat bran, and yogurt.
  2. Cover and chill mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Stir in apple, pear, almonds, raisins, honey, and spices.
  4. Mix well.
