Muesli Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup oat bran
1 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup coarsely grated apple
1/2 cup coarsely grated pear
1/3 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup raisins
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
In a bowl, stir together the oats, oat bran, and yogurt. Cover and chill
mixture for 30 minutes.
Stir in apple, pear, almonds, raisins, honey, and spices. Mix well.
Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings.

fat - 6 gm., carbohydrates - 35 gm., cholesterol - 4 mg., fiber - 3.8 gm.,
