1 small head bibb lettuce
4 green onions, sliced
4 leaves escarole
1 small bunch of chicory
1/4 cup red pepper dressing

Preparation:

Trim greens and rinse in cool water. Spin or pat dry and tear into
bite-size pieces. In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients with dressing
