Ingredients:

1/4 cup (1 md) egg
2 cup Ground round
3 slice Bread, cubed fine;
1/4 cup Catup
1/3 cup Onion, chopped finely
2 tbsp Green pepper, chopped finely
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tbsp Prepared horseradish, if desired

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients well. Form into a loaf.
Place in foil-lined baking pan and bake until down.
Food Exchange per serving: 1/2 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGE + 3 MEAT
EXCHANGES +
