Turnip
0.50 c Sliced radishes

0.75 c Sliced cucumber
0.25 c Coarsely choppd fresh parsl
1.00 Red leaf lettuce
1.00 Vinaigrette Dressing

Preparation:

Toss all the ingredients together except the lettuce
and dressing. Make beds of lettuce on salas plates and
place the rest of the salad on top. Pour the dressing
over and serve.
