Many-Layered Vegetable Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1.00 c Sliced carrots, 1/8" thick
10.00 oz Pkg. frozen French-style g
1.00 c Thinly sliced sweet red pep
1.00 c Thinly sliced onions
2.00 c Sliced mushrooms
0.25 ts Garlic powder
1.00 tb Driedparsley flakes
0.13 ts Salt
0.13 ts Pepper
1.00 lb Can Stewed Tomatoes

Preheat oven to 375~. Lightly oil a 2 quart
casserole dish or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
In casserole - layer veggies in the following order:
carrots, green beans, red pepper, onions, and then
mushrooms.
Sprinkle spices evenly over veggies.
Spoon stewed tomatoes and their liquid over the
veggies evenly, breaking up large pieces of the
tomatoes.
Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour.
