Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and - mashed
1 scallion, white part only, - finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp hot red pepper sauce
1 tomato, diced
1 lb packaged salad
1/2 cup croutons

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, except lettuce and croutons, in a bowl. Add salt
and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Chill avocado mixture until ready
to serve. Toss with lettuce and croutons.

0mg, protein 1.9g, carbohydrates 12.5g, fiber 7.1g, sodium 56mg.
