Italian Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
artificial sweetener equivalent to
to 4 teaspoons sugar
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well.
Refrigerate overnight. Yield: 2/3 cup.
