Ingredients:

1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp dijon-style mustard
1 cl garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried leaf basil
1 pinch dried leaf thyme
1 salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together in a small jar and shake well. Chill before
serving. Makes 1/2 cup = 8 serving. Food Exchange per serving: FREE; CAL:
