1.00 Bell pepper, chopped
3.00 Chicken breasts, cooked and

0.25 c Scallion, chopped
0.50 ts Salt
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 400^F. Mix the celery, almonds,
pimento, green pepper and chicken together. Transfer
to an oiled 2 qt casserole dish. Combine the
mayonaise, mustard, scallion, and salt in a mixing
bowl and blend. Spread over top of the chicken
mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes, until the
topping is nicely browned.
