Hot Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

7 oz canned or fresh crabmeat, rinsed drained and - flaked
1/2 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp paprika
8 oz low-fat cream cheese
1 tbsp skim milk
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
assorted crackers

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all
ingredients, blending thoroughly.

Spoon mixture into a small casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes until
mixture bubbles. Serve hot with crackers.
