Hot Couscous Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp orange peel, grated
1 oz uncooked couscous (dry precooked se, molina)
1/2 oz toasted almonds, sliced
1 tbsp half-and-half
In small saucepan combine 1/4 cup water and the orange peel and bring to a
boil; remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand for 5
minutes.
Transfer couscous to serving bowl; top with almonds and half-and-half. You
could also sprinkle some cinnamon on top, if you like.
