3 lb skinned chicken parts
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in a casserole. Add pineapple chunks.
Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour.

calories.
