1.00 c Green pepper, minced
1.00 Cucumber, diced
2.00 Green onions, diced
1.00 cl Garlic, minced
0.25 c Parsley, chopped
dash Tabasco sauce
Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve cold or at room
temperature.
