Garbanzo-Vegetable Soup - Vegetarian Cooking Recipe
Ingredients:
0.50 c Garbanzo beans
0.50 c Corn, off cob
0.50 c Green beans
0.50 c Carrots, diced
0.50 c Celery, diced
0.25 c Onions, chopped
1.00 c Spinach, shredded or cabbag
2.00 c -water
Parsley
Oregano
Basil
Bay leaves
1.00 ts Tomato sauce
0.25 c Noodles
Preparation:
In a large saucepan comdine corn, green beans,
carrots, celery, onion, spinach, spices to taste and 2
cups water. Simmer covered for 10 min. Add the tomato
sauce, garbanzo beans and noodles. Simmer 5 min more
or until noodles are cooked.
