10.00 sl French bread, cut into 3/4
Preparation: In a shallow dish, combine eggs, milk, vanilla,
sugar, and cinnamon. Dip bread slices into milk
mixture, coating both sides. Allow excess to drain.
Place slices on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake in a
preheated 400 degree F. oven for 10 minutes on each
side or until golden brown. Makes 10 baguette slices,
5 servings of 2 slices each.
