1/4 cup lowfat sweet n spicy french dressin, g
3/4 oz wheat germ
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp pepper
1 salt to taste

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, shape into a loaf and place
on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.

Per serving: 23g protein, 15g fat, 7g carb., 214mg sodium, 70mg chol., 270
calories.
