2.00 tb Fresh lemon juice
2.00 tb Vegetable oil
2.00 tb Minced fresh mint
1.00 ts Minced garlic
0.50 ts Dried thyme
0.25 ts Fennel seed
0.25 ts Dried sage
1.00 ea Bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Easey Oven Stuffer Roasted Boneless Chicken Breast.
In a shallow bowl combine lemon juice, oil, mint,
garlic, thyme, fennel, sage, and bay leaf. Add
chicken breasts and turn to coat well. Cover and
marinate, refrigerated for at least 2 hours or
overnight. Grill 6 to 8 inches from heat source for 5
to 10 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper. Slice and serve.
