1 lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp thyme, minced
2 tsp white wine
1 tbsp minced onion, plus 1 teaspoon
2 garlic cloves
Combine all ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Broil until done as desired
(3-4 minutes for rare meat, 5-7 minutes for medium meat, and 8-9 minutes
for well-done meat).
