Ingredients:

1 tbsp dried onion flakes
1/2 tbsp dried celery flakes
2 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried garlic flakes
1 tbsp dried green pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ground tumeric
1 tbsp chicken flavored granules, or bouillion
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch ground cloves
1/2 cup wild or brown rice
2 1/2 cup water
1 cup scallion, chopped green with some w

Preparation:

In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. In a medium saucepan,
combine the rice, water, and the herb mixture. Bring to a boil, partially
cover, lower the heat, and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the rice is
cooked. Fluff with a fork. Fold in the scallions and serve at once.

Per serving: 174 calories, 37g carb., 7g protein, 0mg chol., .6g/3% fat.
