Ingredients:
1 pt nonfat plain yogurt
1 pinch white pepper
2 tbsp chopped scallions
1 tsp white vinegar
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp fresh horseradish
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients; cover and chill. Per Tb.: 8 calories, 1g carb.,
