Diabetic Spice Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oleo
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup raisins
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp soda
1 tbsp Ril-sweet OR 4 pkg. Sweet & Low
1 cup dates, chopped fine
3 apples, peeled and cut in lg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients and bake in prepared Bundt pan (spray with Pam) in 350
degree oven for 1 hour.
