Diabetic Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 1/2 cup salad oil

Preparation:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Shape into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. (You may add a little more flour if desired.)
