2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cup flour, self rising
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp liquid sweetener
1 tsp vanilla

Preparation:

If using all purpose flour, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking
powder.
Use 350 degree oven. Put cut dates or raisins into bowl; sprinkle with
baking soda and cover with 1 cup boiling water. Let stand until cool.
