Diabetic Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup cold water
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup powdered milk and 3 pkgs. Equal
1 tsp lemon juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
Preparation:
Soften gelatin in cold water, then add hot water. Blend until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients and blend again until smooth. Stir in blueberries.
Chill until firm.
