1 3/4 cup (15-1/2 oz. can)
Libby's pacific pink salmon
1/2 cup Saltine cracker crumbs
1/4 cup Finely chopped celery
2 tbsp Finely chopped onion
1 Egg slightly beaten
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp PeppeR
Hamburger buns, split & toasted
Choice of toppings:
Tartar sauce
Cheese
Thousand Island Dressing
DRAIN SALMON; RESERVE 3 TBSP. LIQUID. FLAKE SALMON.
IN MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE SALMON, LIQUID, CRUMBS, CELERY, ONION, EGG, SALT &
PEPPER; MIX WELL. FORM INTO 5 PATTIES. IN PREHEATED LIGHTLY GREASED SKILLET
OVER MEDIUM HEAT, SAUTE PATTIES ABOUT 3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE. SERVE ON
HAMBURGER BUNS WITH CHOICE OF TOPPINGS.
