Is this Diabetic Date Nut Cookies Recipe Suitable for Diabetics?

This Diabetic Date Nut Cookies recipe comes from our category which lists diabetic Cookie recipes. As we are ignorant of your individual diabetic concerns and the guidelines your health advisors have offered you, we really cannot say with any degree of certainty that this Diabetic Date Nut Cookies recipe is appropriate for you. Even taking that into account, as somebody labelled it as `diabetic` it hopefully suggests that it at least matches the basic specification for the label `diabetic`, being low in carbs and fat, and therefore, should be better for you than the non-diabetic equivalent recipe. Nonetheless, this Diabetic Date Nut Cookies recipe must only be used if you understand your own condition and are happy that the contents of the recipe are appropriate for you.
