Ingredients:

1.00 md Onion
1.00 cn (4 oz.) mushrooms w/juice
0.25 lb Oleo
Salt and pepper to taste
1.00 c Uncooked rice
1.00 Bell pepper - chopped
1.00 cn Swanson's beef broth
1.00 lb Crawfish or shrimp - peeled
Jalapeno pepper to taste

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in 1 pot. Bring to a boil and
turn down and simmer until rice is cooked. If you have
a Hitachi Rice Cooker, use 1 1/2 cups of rice using
the measure supplied with the cooker and turn it on ti
cook. When it clicks off to warmer, dinner is ready.
